Program Overview
Copilot Chat is the fastest way to get value from AI at work, and the easiest to use badly. This half-day takes you from the blank chat box to finished, usable output. You learn what Copilot Chat can and cannot reach, how to ground a conversation on a real document or web page, and the four-part prompt structure that separates a usable answer from a wasted one. You then work through the tasks that fill most people’s week — first drafts, long-thread summaries, status updates, meeting prep — and finish by capturing the prompts that worked so you can reuse them tomorrow. Delivered by a Microsoft Certified Trainer using Microsoft Official Courseware.

Official Certifications
Assessment is continuous and practical: 2 Applied Learning Labs (60%) and an end-of-course practical assessment (40%). Passing mark 80%, plus completion of all 2 labs and full attendance. The CertTulen Course Completion Certificate is awarded on meeting that standard.
