Credentials & experience
- 3+ years hands-on industry experience in your subject area
- Recognised certification (Microsoft, Python Institute, AWS, etc.) or equivalent practitioner record
- Prior teaching experience — bootcamps, corporate, or university
- Confidence on camera + clear spoken English
