Program Overview

Every AI tip you learn today is obsolete in six months. A framework is not. This programme teaches the four competencies that make someone genuinely fluent with AI: Delegation — deciding what to hand over, what to keep and what to split; Description — giving the AI the context, constraints and success criteria it needs; Discernment — judging what comes back, on the work itself, on the reasoning behind it, and on whether the tool was right at all; and Diligence — taking responsibility for what you produce, being honest about AI’s part in it, and thinking about consequences before you deploy. You assess yourself against all four, then work each one on real tasks from your own job. You leave with a written working agreement for your team.

What You'll Learn

  • Explain the four competencies of AI fluency and assess yourself honestly against each
  • Decide what to delegate to AI, what to keep, and what to split
  • Describe a task with the context, constraints and success criteria the AI actually needs
  • Choose the right tool for the task rather than defaulting to one
  • Judge output on the work itself, on the reasoning, and on whether AI was the right approach
  • Spot hallucination, confident error and plausible nonsense
  • Refine a poor answer rather than abandoning it
  • Take responsibility for AI-assisted work, and be transparent about it
  • Write an AI working agreement your team will follow

Who Can Join
