Introduction to Claude Cowork

Project-based

Chat is a conversation. Cowork is delegation. This programme is about the difference. You set up a real project on your own files and learn the loop — brief, work, review, redirect — and where the line sits between steering and micromanaging. You then extend what Claude can do with plugins and skills, and learn why a skill beats a prompt whenever the instruction needs to survive past today. A full module goes to file and research workflows: reading, comparing, extracting, synthesising, producing documents and structured data, and — the part that keeps you employed — verifying what came back before you send it. The day closes on steering long, multi-step work, including how to recognise drift and recover from it.
