Most people are shown Claude once and left to figure it out. This day fixes that properly. You start with what Claude actually is and how it reaches an answer, including why it refuses things and why it says it does not know — which turns out to be the most useful thing about it. You then learn the features that change how you work: Projects for persistent context, file uploads, and Artifacts you can keep. A full module goes to prompting, because most bad answers come from missing information rather than a bad model, and you will learn to spot the difference. The day closes on your own real work — the emails, documents and messes actually sitting in front of you. No coding required.

Official Certifications
Assessment is continuous and practical: 4 Applied Learning Labs (60%) and an end-of-course practical assessment (40%). Passing mark 80%, plus completion of all 4 labs and full attendance. The CertTulen Course Completion Certificate is awarded on meeting that standard.
