Everybody has met a chatbot that deflects. This course builds one that answers. You work two builders — Microsoft Copilot Studio and Voiceflow — and learn what each is genuinely for. The core of day one is conversation design, because a bot fails on flows and intents long before it fails on the model. Day two is grounding: connecting the bot to your own content so it answers from your knowledge rather than the internet’s, and the discipline of fixing a wrong answer by fixing the source rather than the prompt. You then publish to web and WhatsApp, wire it into your systems through n8n, and set up the escalation path to a human — because the best thing a bot can do is know when it should stop.

Official Certifications
Assessment is continuous and practical: 8 Applied Learning Labs (60%) and an end-of-course practical assessment (40%). Passing mark 80%, plus completion of all 8 labs and full attendance. The CertTulen Course Completion Certificate is awarded on meeting that standard.
