Two days that compress weeks of course development. You design a course properly — outcomes first, then content, because the reverse is why most training fails — and use AI to pressure-test whether your outcomes are actually measurable. You then produce the materials: slides, handouts, workbooks and activities, differentiated for the room you will actually have. Day two is assessment: question banks, rubrics that mark consistently between markers, simulations and role-plays, and then the honest module on marking with AI — where it helps, and where trusting it with a grade is indefensible. You leave with a complete course package for something you actually have to teach.

Official Certifications
Assessment is continuous and practical: 8 Applied Learning Labs (60%) and an end-of-course practical assessment (40%). Passing mark 80%, plus completion of all 8 labs and full attendance. The CertTulen Course Completion Certificate is awarded on meeting that standard.
