Program Overview

Most people who use AI never get past a first draft. This programme fixes that. Over one day you learn how a model actually reads a prompt, and the five things every strong prompt contains. You then work through the techniques that separate a usable answer from a wasted one: few-shot examples, structured input, forcing the output shape, chain-of-thought reasoning, prompt chaining, and grounding the model on your own documents. You finish by learning to evaluate a prompt properly — testing it against a golden set rather than judging by feel — and to defend it against injection and drift. Every technique is practised on all three major tools, so nothing you learn is locked to one vendor. You leave with a working prompt library built around your own job.

What You'll Learn

  • Diagnose why any prompt is failing, and rebuild it against a five-part structure
  • Control both what the model produces and the exact format it arrives in
  • Raise accuracy on hard tasks by directing how the model reasons
  • Break large tasks into prompt chains grounded on your own documents
  • Prove a prompt works by testing it, rather than assuming it does
  • Recognise and defend against prompt injection and instruction drift
  • Control token cost and match the model tier to the task
  • Move any prompt across Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini
  • Build and maintain a reusable prompt library for your role

Who Can Join

  • Writers, content producers and copywriters
