This course introduces the foundational concepts of administering Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI agents across an organisation. Participants learn what Copilot and agents are, how they work within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, and how they connect to organisational data through Microsoft Graph. The programme covers preparing an environment for Copilot, managing licensing and access, and configuring the security, privacy, and compliance controls that govern how Copilot and agents handle data. It extends into the fundamentals of deploying, monitoring, and governing agents, along with adoption and responsible AI considerations, so that administrators can enable Copilot safely and effectively.
