Program Overview

This course prepares solution architects to design and lead the delivery of agentic AI business solutions across an organisation. Participants learn how agentic AI works, how autonomous and multi-agent systems are structured, and how to translate business requirements into a solution architecture that uses agents to automate work and surface information. The programme covers selecting the right platforms and services, grounding agents in organisational data, and designing orchestration across multiple agents and business systems. It extends into security, governance, responsible AI, and integration with existing workflows, along with planning deployment, adoption, and ongoing optimisation so that solutions deliver value reliably and at scale.
